So let's say you come here and you want to roleplay Hokage Naruto in our City.

That's fine.

As long as you keep him In Character.

You want Anne Rice vamps to mix it up with the clans native to our world? Great! We love it! Just keep them in character.

Honestly. Any canon character from ANY time in ANY fandom can be played here. Your favorite bad guy dies? No he didn't, he was whisked through a portal into The City at the last moment!

OC's created for fandoms (random village ninja, bizarre Soul Reapers no-one has heard of, stuff like that) are fine. If they have a really good backstory and reason for being, then no worries, they'll probably pass with flying colors. If not, I'm sure we can help you bring them up to snuff.
OC's from tabletop RPG systems are also just fine!

We just want to avoid Mary-Sue like characters.

One thing though. We would like to have only one of any given character from any fandom where that is not normally possible in the general roleplay at a time, so we don't have two people aruguing over who is the real Slim Shady or any such nonsense
